1. Since publisher access to your campaigns is restricted by the traffic sources in your admin RedTrack account. You need to create at least one, as is described here.
2. Go to Publishers -> Publishers -> press “New” -> fill in the necessary fields -> save the changes:
Email – your publisher login email
Alias – set the publisher alias
First and last name
Billing and contact details
Sources – select the traffic sources your publisher will have access to
Campsigns – you can limit the access to some particular campaigns under the target traffic source
Domain – choose the panel domain for this publisher
Password – set the password for your publisher so he can log in to the pub-panel (can be changed by the publisher later).
Language, company type, messenger type, messenger – those fields are mostly for your convenience.
Postback URL – you can set the postback for your publisher on your side. It will automatically be displayed inside the publisher account.
Personal Manager – set the personal account manager (if any) email address
4. After you have added the publisher, you will need to approve the account here:
Once approved, the publisher can log in to the panel.
