For the cases where you need to send the conversion info to separate pixels, we do have a way of doing that.
You will need to integrate your Facebook account with RedTrack first.
1. Go to your offers and add the pixels under the corresponding fields:
Each pixel should be attached to its unique conversion API key and has a verified domain. The setup is the same as for the default pixel.
2. Save the changes. Now conversion information will be sent to the default pixel and all other pixels you set in the offer settings.
You are safe like that as you control where to send the conversion data even if those are completely different pixels.
